Embed an iframe in a listing

Store a provider’s embed URL in a listing field, then insert it into administrator-defined iframe markup with the Shortcode block.

  1. Go to Listing Types, edit the type, and open Fields.

  2. Add a custom URL field, name it for the provider, and give it a stable key such as iframe-url.

  3. Open Single Page → Content & Tabs, choose a tab, and add the Shortcode block.

  4. Add the iframe markup. For a responsive video-style embed, use:

    <iframe
    src="[[iframe-url]]"
    title="Embedded content"
    style="width: 100%; aspect-ratio: 16 / 9; border: 0;"
    loading="lazy"
    allowfullscreen>
    </iframe>
  5. Update the listing type. When adding or editing a listing, enter the provider’s complete embed URL in the new field.

Type @ in the Shortcode block to select the field instead of writing its key manually. MyListing escapes the field value before inserting it into the administrator-defined markup. If that field is empty, MyListing omits the block because all referenced values are required by default.

For YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Twitch, or Streamable, the preset Video field and Video content block provide a more structured option with an allowed-provider setting. See Add dynamic shortcodes to listings for other dynamic embeds.
