Ready-made listing type configurations
A configuration file can populate the listing-type editor with an example setup. It is useful as a learning aid or starting point, but it does not import listings, taxonomy terms, products, pages, or media.
Import a configuration
Section titled “Import a configuration”- Download one of the configuration files below.
- Go to Listing Types → Add New, enter a name, and publish the type once.
- In the Config panel, select Import config file and choose the JSON file.
- Confirm the replacement and review every editor tab. The import writes the configuration immediately; select Update only after making additional changes.
- Open Search Forms → Search Index and rebuild the index if the editor reports that a rebuild is required.
Available starter files:
Create required taxonomies first
Section titled “Create required taxonomies first”The Cars configuration expects a taxonomy with slug custom-taxonomy-car-brand.
The Jobs configuration expects:
job-vacancy-typejob-qualificationjob-salary
Create them under Listings → Taxonomies before importing. Taxonomy slugs must be unique and must not duplicate a field key.
Review imported settings
Section titled “Review imported settings”These files are starter examples and may predate newer editor capabilities. Check field keys, packages, schema, content blocks, search filters, listing order, Search Index status, and any references to plugins or taxonomies before using the type on a production site.
